(2.2) In case your booked time slot is within 72 hours of placing your order, such orders are classified as urgent sessions and we don’t entertain cancellation requests for the same. The tutors are immediately assigned and paid upfront for such orders. However, you can contact customer support to reschedule your online class.
(2.4) If you raise your cancellation request after 180 minutes (3hours) and up to a maximum of 24 hours of placing your order, we will process the cancellation request with a deduction of 15% of your order value. The due deductions are levied against the operational costs and expert fees.
(2.5) No Cancellation requests will be entertained once 24 hours have passed after placing the order.

In case you have paid more than once for a same order, we request you to send us the transaction details of both pay outs at firstname.lastname@example.org. Such cases, where the services/online class / session has been completed will not be entertained for refunds or cancellations. 4.1 Once you have booked and paid for a tuition slot, we will facilitate your session on Zoom / Google Meet / Skype Video or any other video conferencing applications. You will be provided with a user id and password to login to the application and attend tuition session at your booked time slot.
4.2 The sessions between users and tutors are recorded and kept in our database up to 3 months of using the service. The recorded session and the invoice given by us will stand as the final proof of delivery of our services. We are not liable to process or entertain any refund request if you have completed the tuition session. All chargeback requests after the tutor session has been completed will be considered as malafide requests and will NOT be entertained for Refund or Reschedule requests.
4.3 On completion of your session, we send users a feedback form to which they are mandated to fill and submit. Our service delivery agreement is restricted to our tutors diligently providing the academic sessions during your booked slot with an additional doubt clearance session of only 15 minutes for every hour of online tuition session booked by a user. We are fully committed to provide our users with the best education services. In case of any concerns regarding the quality of the mentoring received by you, kindly email your concerns in detail at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the feedback form sent on your registered email id.
Users can reschedule their online tuition session by informing us at least 24 hours prior to their booked time slot. The request to reschedule your session must be sent on email@example.com from your registered email id. In case, due to any unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend your class and not able to inform us, we will promptly reschedule the same as per the next convenient availability of your chosen tutor.
