All Cancellation requests will be processed and resolved by us as per the below-given terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy

(2.1) All users/customers can raise your cancellation request to a maximum of 24 hours after placing your order. Beyond which no cancellation request will be entertained. Kindly note to send us your cancellation requests at help@tutoropedia.com from your registered email id.

(2.2) In case your booked time slot is within 72 hours of placing your order, such orders are classified as urgent sessions and we don’t entertain cancellation requests for the same. The tutors are immediately assigned and paid upfront for such orders. However, you can contact customer support to reschedule your online class.

(2.4) If you raise your cancellation request after 180 minutes (3hours) and up to a maximum of 24 hours of placing your order, we will process the cancellation request with a deduction of 15% of your order value. The due deductions are levied against the operational costs and expert fees.

(2.5) No Cancellation requests will be entertained once 24 hours have passed after placing the order.

Refund Policy

We will promptly resolve all refund requests as per the given terms and conditions

3.1 – Duplicate/Multiple Payment Made

In case you have paid more than once for a same order, we request you to send us the transaction details of both pay outs at help@tutoropedia.com. Our customer support team will evaluate the case and if duplicate payment has been received by us, we will refund the same within 2-3 business days of the refund approval.

3.2 – Unavailability of Tutor

A scenario such as this is highly unlikely. Even if such a case occurs where the expert is not available to help you at your booked time slot, you will have the option to reschedule your class or request for a full refund of the amount paid by you. Kindly note that once your refund request is approved, it may take 3-4 business days to process the transfer.

3.3 – Service Quality related Grievances

Online Tutoring is a subjective service and our experts try to help you with the best of their knowledge, efforts and references so you can effectively comprehend the learning outcomes of your study material. However, to achieve good grades your diligence is the most important factor.

In case you are not satisfied with the service/guidance provided by the tutor, please mail us your concerns in detail at help@tutoropedia.com. Such cases, where the services/online class / session has been completed will not be entertained for refunds or cancellations. The Customer Service team may reject your request or resolve it with an additional session; if your concerns are found to be genuine but in any case the management decision will be final in such case scenarios.

In case you were not able to attend your class at the booked time slot; don’t worry. Mail us your concern at contact@tutoropedia.com and our customer support team will promptly resolve the issue by rescheduling the class. However, the class will be rescheduled at the next convenient and available time of the tutor.

You will need a laptop/desktop and an internet connection. The classes are conducted via video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Skype Video and Google Meet. Please make sure that the microphone of your system is working. Web Cam is recommended for interactive sessions but not essential.
